The TSWA series diesel horizontal multistage pump is designed for a variety of applications, including firefighting, high-lift water transportation, and mountain water delivery. With a lift capacity of up to 50 meters and pipe diameters ranging from DN50 to DN150, this pump is compatible with renowned engine brands such as Cummins, Perkins, Deutz, Yuchai, Xichai, and Weichai. It features a flexible coupling that meets mechanical vibration standards of Class B, ensuring reliable operation. The key-start mechanism enhances user convenience and includes four protection functions along with a speed display. The pump is equipped with an enlarged starting battery and motor, optimizing the starting performance of the diesel engine multistage pump.

The diesel multistage pump is specifically designed for transporting clear water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, without solid particles. It is primarily utilized for high-pressure water supply, water delivery in high-rise buildings, and irrigation in mountainous orchards. Additionally, it can be applied in industrial and mining water supply and drainage systems. The pump features a flow rate ranging from 10 to 155 m³/h and a head range of 15 to 300 meters, with a power output between 2.2 to 200 kW and pipe diameters from 50 to 150 mm. The medium temperature should not exceed 80°C.

**Operating Conditions**
1. Suitable for transporting clean water and substances with chemical properties similar to clean water, with insoluble solid content not exceeding 0.1% by volume and particle size ≤ 2 mm.
2. Medium temperature range: -15°C to 80°C.
3. Working pressure: System pressure ≤ 3.0 MPa (i.e., system pressure = inlet pressure + pump working pressure ≤ 3.0 MPa).
4. Ambient temperature should be below 40°C, with relative humidity below 95%.
5. As the primary components of this pump are made of cast iron, the transported medium should not have strong corrosive properties. Please specify if the medium contains fine particles or is highly corrosive when placing an order to ensure the provision of a reliable product.
**Structural Description of the Horizontal Multistage Pump**
1. The horizontal multistage pump features a multi-stage segment structure, with a horizontal inlet and a vertical outlet. It is available in various diameters, including 50, 75, 100, 125, and 150 mm, allowing users to select different sizes and stages based on flow and head requirements.
2. The pump consists of an inlet segment, middle segment, guide vanes, impeller, outlet segment, bearing components, and sealing parts, all designed for optimal performance.
3. The rotor assembly includes a medium carbon steel shaft, cast iron impeller, balance disk, and shaft sleeve, supported by rolling bearings lubricated with dry oil. The excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller, along with the hydraulic balance from the balance disk, ensures stable operation with low noise and minimal vibration.
4. The junctions of the inlet, middle, and outlet segments are sealed using paper gaskets tightened by bolts. To prevent liquid leakage from the main shaft, a soft packing seal is utilized, along with rubber water stop rings and O-rings on the shaft to prevent water from entering the shaft sleeve cavity.
5. To prevent wear on the middle segment and guide vanes, the pump is equipped with impeller sealing rings and protective sleeves. If the gap between the impeller and these wear-prone parts exceeds specified limits, replacement is necessary to maintain optimal operation.
