1、Powerful Self-Priming Automatic Control Function: This pump features a high suction lift and rapid self-priming capabilities, allowing it to start without the need for priming water. It is ideal for integration with mobile pump stations on locomotives and serves as an effective water supply and drainage device. Its applications are extensive, including flood relief, drainage, and firefighting scenarios.
2、Enhanced Efficiency: The fast self-priming speed significantly reduces priming time by 60%, effectively increasing operational efficiency by over 50%. It also enhances suction lift by more than 30%, contributing to a longer service life. The pump is designed for durability, stability, practicality, and cost-effectiveness.
3、Double-Suction Self-Priming Vacuum Pump System: The pump utilizes a dual-suction self-priming vacuum pump configuration, featuring a cleverly designed automatic control system. This design is particularly effective in high-flow, large-diameter applications. Due to its double-suction structure, water enters the impeller from both ends simultaneously and exits from the center without any axial thrust. Consequently, there are no limits on flow and diameter; the standard sizes range from DN100 to DN600, with flow rates from 100 tons to 3000 tons. Custom sizes can be manufactured as needed.
4、Operational Convenience: The pump operates without the need for priming water, can withstand dry running, and does not require a foot valve, distinguishing it fundamentally from other products. With its robust self-priming and automatic control features, it achieves a high suction lift and ultra-fast self-priming startup. The vacuum pump automatically activates when the vacuum level drops to a minimum and deactivates when it rises to a maximum, thereby not interfering with the main pump’s operation and providing auxiliary support.
5、Innovative Self-Controlled Water Intake Device: The newly developed water intake mechanism incorporates a built-in mechanical float valve and monitoring probe, significantly enhancing equipment reliability. When the water level in the tank reaches a certain point, the float valve closes automatically due to buoyancy, preventing water from entering the vacuum pump. This dual protection ensures that the vacuum pump’s components are not damaged by water ingress. Additionally, a water blocking valve is installed in the external pipeline to effectively prevent water vapor from entering the vacuum pump.
2●Product Overview：
The high-efficiency self-priming pump features an energy-saving permanent magnet motor, which is compact, lightweight, and highly efficient. It effectively addresses the shortcomings of earlier multifunctional double-suction self-priming pumps, such as low suction lift, slow priming, and inability to self-prime or dry start without priming water.
3●Operating Conditions
1、The pump system’s working pressure should not exceed 1.6 MPa, meaning that the pump suction inlet pressure plus the pump head must be ≤ 1.6 MPa (If the working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please specify this when placing an order).
2、The pump is designed to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water (If the transported medium contains fine particles, please indicate this when ordering to facilitate the installation of wear-resistant mechanical seals).
3、The surrounding environmental temperature should not exceed 40°C, altitude should not exceed 1000 m, and relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
4●Usage Range
1、The environmental temperature can be up to 50°C, and the medium temperature can reach 80°C, with special requirements allowing up to 200°C.
2、The pH value for cast iron material ranges from 6 to 9, while stainless steel can accommodate a pH range of 2 to 13.
3、For the TDSY sewage type, the medium density should not exceed 1240 kg/m³, and the sewage type of the same model will have a pump head that is 10% lower than that of the clean water type.
4、The suction height should not exceed the specified limit of 8.5 to 10 meters, with the suction pipe length being ≤ 30 m.
5、The TDSY sewage type can handle suspended particles with a diameter of approximately 20% of the pump’s diameter and fiber lengths up to five times the pump’s diameter.
