Product Overview
The high-speed, efficient, energy-saving water-filled electric motor solar pump is a new product independently developed by our company. This product features a water-filled, shielded, brushless permanent magnet motor drive and is equipped with an intelligent controller. It can operate at high speed by converting between AC and DC, breaking through many bottlenecks of traditional deep well pumps. The motor has a built-in electronic device that includes a frequency converter and motor controller.
The shielded design eliminates the need for mechanical seals, avoiding the risk of leakage caused by wear on mechanical seals, and prevents efficiency loss due to friction from mechanical seals. It also ensures good cooling for the rotor.
The pump uses water-lubricated bearings and water-thrust lubricated bearings as support points, allowing the pump to operate quietly under load. The stainless steel shielded rotor protects against corrosion and oxidation of the magnetic steel, while the stainless steel shielded core effectively dissipates heat. The entire structure is made from precision-cast stainless steel 304, and the pump cylinder is welded from stainless steel 304. Major components are welded using advanced laser welding equipment.
This product is widely used in villages, schools, hospitals, farms, ranches, remote areas, regions with limited electricity, construction sites, small water plants, household water supply, water tank applications, irrigation, and more.
