Design and Structure
The XA series pumps are characterized by a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, volute structure, which optimizes hydraulic efficiency and minimizes energy consumption. With an extensive range of outlet diameters from 32 mm to 250 milímetro, these pumps provide versatility for different installation requirements.

– Standard Configuration: DIN2501
– Optional Configuration: ANSI B16.5 Class 150lb
The pump casing is primarily constructed from HT200 cast iron, with alternatives available in QT400-18 ductile iron and 304/316 stainless steel, allowing for customization based on specific operational environments and fluid characteristics.
Impeller and Shaft Specifications
The impeller, a critical component for hydraulic performance, is typically made from H65 brass, with options for HT200 cast iron and 304/316 stainless steel. The shaft is standardly crafted from 2Cr13 stainless steel, with additional choices available in 304/316 stainless steel or 45# steel, ensuring durability and resistance to wear over time.
Sealing Mechanisms
For optimal operation, the pumps are equipped with mechanical seals as standard. However, users have the option to select packing seals based on their unique application needs. This flexibility in sealing technology enhances the pump’s ability to handle various fluids while mitigating the risk of leakage.
