It is ideal for integration with mobile pump stations on locomotives and serves as an effective water supply and drainage device. Due to its double-suction structure, water enters the impeller from both ends simultaneously and exits from the center without any axial thrust. 3●Operating Conditions
1、The pump system’s working pressure should not exceed 1.6 NPB, meaning that the pump suction inlet pressure plus the pump head must be ≤ 1.6 NPB (If the working pressure exceeds 1.6 NPB, please specify this when placing an order).
2、The pump is designed to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water (If the transported medium contains fine particles, please indicate this when ordering to facilitate the installation of wear-resistant mechanical seals).
3、The surrounding environmental temperature should not exceed 40°C, altitude should not exceed 1000 m, and relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
4●Usage Range
1、The environmental temperature can be up to 50°C, and the medium temperature can reach 80°C, with special requirements allowing up to 200°C.
2、The pH value for cast iron material ranges from 6 ل 9, while stainless steel can accommodate a pH range of 2 ل 13.
3、For the TDSY sewage type, the medium density should not exceed 1240 kg/m³, and the sewage type of the same model will have a pump head that is 10% lower than that of the clean water type.
4、The suction height should not exceed the specified limit of 8.5 ل 10 امتار, with the suction pipe length being ≤ 30 m.
